New City Youth
We are a Youth Ministry that exists to reach 6th-12th grade youth with the Gospel.
At New City, we want to see the Gospel transform everything that we come in contact with — ourselves, our city, our schools and our friend groups.
We believe that we best live this out when we live as a Family of Missionary Servants — disciples making disciples.
Living in light of the Gospel
As Family
Our Sunday gatherings are used as a time to hear a message recap, discuss how it applies to our lives, as well as fellowship and play games together. We also support and celebrate life events with one another. It is important that we realize that the Gospel makes us family…brothers and sisters in Christ.
As Missionaries
Matthew 28:19 tells us “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations…”. We believe that this call applies to every moment of our lives. As followers of Jesus, we are to make disciples in our every day lives, in our community and in the world.
As Servants
When we fully understand and embrace the Gospel, we serve. We serve out of the overflow of our hearts; not because we have to — but because that is who we are.
Our youth and leaders serve on our Connect Team, in our Kids ministry, as well as helping to lead other Missional Communities here at New City.

Our gatherings normally take place on Sunday afternoons at New City from 3-5pm. This summer, our meeting dates are June 9 & 23 and July 14 & 28.
There are some special events and Third Place gatherings where we will meet at other locations throughout Macon. For the most up-to-date information about these events, please follow our New City Youth Instagram or our New City Youth Facebook page.

Youth worship gatherings often look like students playing games together, worshipping together, breaking down a sermon or scripture, and then learning to apply it to our lives through small group discussion.
We have youth ranging in age from 6th-12th grade! Our ministry is led by amazing leaders who have a heart for youth, and who have all had their lives changed by the Gospel.

Third place is all about getting outside of the walls of our church building and meeting new people. It is an opportunity for us to invite friends and other classmates who might be far from God, or who maybe just don’t attend church to join with us for a time of making connections and having fun.

While we would love for you to partner with us in our mission here at New City Church, our goal is never to exclude any youth from being able to engage with the Gospel.
All youth grades 6-12 are WELCOME to attend any of our New City Youth events!!!
